Meet the TenX Strategies Team
Kevin Gentry
FOUNDER
​
Kevin Gentry founded TenX Strategies to help great causes transform their effectiveness by 10xing their fundraising. He brings over 40 years of experience helping build the fundraising and marketing capabilities of multiple nonprofit organizations. Kevin previously served as Vice President at Stand Together and Vice President for Special Projects at Koch. He has also had previous leadership roles at the Mercatus Center at George Mason University, the Leadership Institute, and the Institute for Humane Studies. Kevin brings a wealth of experience to solve big problems and a passion for advancing meaningful causes.
Bill Rein
HEAD OF OPERATIONS

Bill Rein leads TenX Strategies’ training and coaching capability as Head of Operations. Previously, he served as Senior Manager of Partnerships at Stand Together to support their principal gifts partners and develop and lead their major gifts acquisitions program. Before that, he worked at Young Americans for Liberty to develop and lead their major gifts acquisitions program. Bill studied political science, philosophy, and criminal justice at Chico State. He lives in Arlington, Virginia.
Diana Pascoe

Diana Pascoe leads guest experience for the Going Big! podcast. Diana has over 20 years of experience in high dollar fundraising and direct marketing for various organizations. As a project manager, she has coordinated high dollar fundraising efforts for organizations like Media Research Center, Heritage Foundation, Leadership Institute, Stand Together, Americans for Prosperity Action, Mercatus Center, Young America’s Foundation and many others. Diana is an Air Force wife with six sons and she resides in Northern Virginia.

Matt West leads audio and video execution for the Going Big! podcast and Tips to TenX webinar series. Matt is the owner-operator of Western Filmhouse and a talk show host with AM1460 The Answer. He is also a vintage and sports car enthusiast and photographer. Matt studied Radio and TV at Pikes Peak State College and resides in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
Shannon Dailey

Shannon Dailey leads content production and design for TenX Strategies. Shannon previously worked in campus recruitment for Young Americans for Liberty and social media strategy for Mental Health Coaching. Shannon is a Montessori-trained educator and classically trained singer and studied Music, History Education, and Religious Studies at UNC Charlotte. Shannon resides in Alexandria, Virginia.
Julio López
EXECUTIVE PARTNER

Julio López leads project management and executive assistance at TenX Strategies. Julio brings four years of experience supporting leaders in outsourcing, venture capital, and health care. He specializes in organizing complex information, optimizing workstreams, and coordinating high-level communications. Julio holds a B.A. in Marketing, currently pursuing his Masters, and is trained in Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Julio resides in Guatemala.
Jeff Noble
SENIOR COACH

Jeff Noble serves clients through personalized coaching at TenX Strategies. He has worked alongside families and philanthropic organizations for over twenty years, including at Stand Together and the Mercatus Institute. Jeff studied political science and communications at Clemson University. He resides in Atlanta, Georgia.
